“I thoroughly enjoyed Aileen’s book, “My Heart and You.” Aileen does a great job of highlighting the truth, “Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” (Matt. 6:33) The contrast between the selfish lives of Cary and Harry, verses the selfless lives of Anel and Javier, and the resulting fruit in each, gives one pause for reflection. There are many things I love about the way Aileen writes, but one is how she highlights the way ordinary people live out their faith in their respective professions and lives. This book has an element of whimsy fantasy in it, but it’s done in such a way as to give us a powerful opportunity to reflect on the “what if” scenario. You won’t be disappointed in this story about hardship, perseverance, faith and love.”
